Educational servants awarded honorary titles and medals

Educational servants who conferred honorary titles, order and medals at the order of the head of the state were awarded in Education Ministry today, APA reports.
Education Minister Misir Mardanov stated that 2 educational workers in Azerbaijan were awarded “Independence” order, 83 “Glory”, 472 “Prosperity”, 108 scientists Honored Scientist, 471 honored teacher, 43 honored art worker, 29 honored physical training teacher, and 55 President’s stipend within 1998-2007. Generally, 1264 educational servants were awarded order and medals and conferred honorary titles within this period. 86 were awarded honored teacher due to new order of the head of the state.
24 of them are directors of schools, 46 teachers, 3 servant of pre-school training, 1 official of Education Department, 4 officials of trade union organizations. 56 educational servants were awarded “Prosperity” medal, 10 of them are directors of schools, 2 of them deputy directors, 35 teachers. /APA/
