Turkey and Syria conduct operations against PKK

Turkey and Syria carried out joint actions against PKK. Syria PKK’s head Sadig Aslan and 6 more terrorists were detained, APA reports. Secret operation was conducted after the interrogation of detained PKK member in Turkey last month.

PKK terrorist Mustafa Tash who worked in the foreign countries was arrested when attempted to bring 10 kg C-4 explosives and 6 terrorists to Turkey. On the basis of the detained terrorist’s information Turkey-Syria Joint Security Committee determined safe houses and shelters where the explosives were kept. During the operations Sadig Aslan and 6 terrorists were detained.
Weapons and ammunitions and 12 kg C-4 explosive were seized from terrorists. Sadig Aslan was not extradited Turkey as he committed crimes in Syria territory. /APA/
