Chairman of Azerbaijan State Customs Committee meets with Turkish State Minister for Foreign Trade

Baku. Rashad Suleymanov – APA-ECONOMICS. Chairman of Azerbaijan State Customs Committee Aydin Aliyev met with the delegation led by Turkish State Minister for Foreign Trade Zafer Caglayan, press service of the State Customs Committee told APA-ECONOMICS.

Giving information about the activities carried out in the customs system of Azerbaijan Aydin Aliyev expressed his satisfaction with the relations between the customs committees of the two countries. Chairman of the Committee spoke about the positive influence of Turkey’s experience on the struggle against drugs in Azerbaijan’s customs service, underlined the necessity of continuing the cooperation.

Zafer Caglayan praised the increase of the trade turnover between Turkey and Azerbaijan. State Minister said there are large opportunities to increase the turnover.

The sides exchanged views on the future prospects of economic relations between Azerbaijan and Turkey.
