Azerbaijani parliamentarians to attend events in Istanbul and Brussels

Baku. Elbrus Seyfullayev – APA. Azerbaijani parliamentarian Asef Hajiyev will leave for Istanbul on March 28 to attend the meeting of Budget and Auditing Committee of Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization Parliamentary Assembly. The parliament’s press service told APA that draft budget of the organization and a number of financial issues will be discussed at the meeting. The leadership of the organization’s international secretariat and Bureau members will meet with vice-president of the European Parliament Libor Roucek during the visit. They will exchange views on the current state and prospects of the relations. The visit will end on April 1.
Azerbaijani parliamentarian Asim Mollazadeh will leave for Brussels on March 25 to attend the roundtable on the theme “Security and stability in the South Caucasus, Nagorno Karabakh and seeking for successful ways of solution or failure”. The event will be held by the European Policy Center. The participants will exchange views on the resolution of the conflicts in the South Caucasus, including Nagorno Karabakh conflict, restoration of peace and stability in the region and other issues. The visit will end on March 27.
