APA - Ordubad National Park renamed

Baku – APA. Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev issued an order on Ordubad National Park named after academician Hasan Aliyev, APA reports. The order envisages extension of Ordubad National Park by 30666,4ha at the cost of Shahbuz State Natural Reserve (3139,0ha), state forest fund in the administrative territories of Julfa, Ordubad regions of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (396,4ha) and summer pastures in the administrative territories of Shahbuz, Julfa and Ordubad regions.

Ordubad National Park named after academician Hasan Aliyev has been renamed as Zangazur National Park named after academician Hasan Aliyev.

The Cabinet of Ministers is to prepare its proposals on coordinating the normative legal acts with this order, submit them to President and solve the other related problems within three months.
