Experts inspect drugstores in connection with sale of respiratory masks in Azerbaijan

Baku. Kamala Guliyeva – APA. Experts of the Anti-Monopoly State Service of the Economic Development Ministry and Health Ministry began inspections in the drugstores in connection with the sale of respiratory masks, department chief of Health Ministry’s Center for Analytic Examination of Medicines Parviz Azizbayov told APA. According to him, 20 drugstores have already been inspected. The results will be publicized tomorrow. Inspections continue.
The inspections aim to prevent artificial shortage and increase of prices of the respiratory masks.
Drugstores suffer shortage of respiratory masks in connection with A/H1N1 virus. Some increased the price to 50 kopecks – AZN 1.
