Gahraman Aghayev: “Establishment of Guba mass grave museum is delayed”

Baku. Kamala Guliyeva – APA. “Establishment of museum on Guba mass grave, the result of genocide committed by Armenians, is delayed”, senior researcher of the mass grave Gahraman Aghayev told APA. He said the work was accelerated after the president’s visit to Guba, but then it was delayed again. “Model of the museum is ready, but cost sheet of the construction was not approved and financial resources were not allocated yet. Dampness was increased in the mass grave. We are always covering it with dry sand to prevent damping. Situation of the well discovered in the mass grave is very dangerous. If we lose it, where we will establish the museum?”

Aghayev said nearly 7000 bones found in the mass grave were sent for examination to the Medical Forensic and Pathological Anatomy Lab of the Health Ministry.
