Iranian President’s advisor: Both Supreme Leader and President of Iran attach great importance to the relations with Azerbaijan

Baku. Elbrus Seyfullayev – APA. Iranian President’s cultural advisor Haji Ali Akbar is visiting Azerbaijan, APA reports. Haji Ali Akbar has today visited Heydar Aliyev’s grave in the Alley of Honors. Haji Ali Akbar, who has come to Baku to attend the jubilee of the chairman of Caucasian Muslims Office, sheikh-ul-islam Haji Allahshukur Pashazadeh, told journalists that the relations between Azerbaijan and Iran are of great importance. He said both Supreme Leader and President of Iran attach great importance to the relations with Azerbaijan.
“We consider Azerbaijan our strategic partner. The spheres of our cooperation are very broad. Our joint interests bring us much closer. But the level of our relations should be higher,” he said.
