APA - Unexploded mines found in parking area in Baku

Baku. Hafiz Heydarov – APA. Unexploded exercise mines were found in a parking area in Yasamal district of Baku, APA reports quoting the website of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. The ministry received reports about the mine discovering in the area.

Rescuers were immediately sent to the area for rescue-search operations and relevant organizations were informed about the incident. The ministry’s experts examined the mines together with the law-enforcement officials. 5 TM-62 and one TM-57 exercise mine frames were found at the site. The ammunitions were taken away from the area and handed over to the relevant organizations. No other suspicious things were discovered in the area.
