APA - Jackal attacks polyclinic

Marneuli. Nizami Mammadzadeh – APA. A jackal attacked the polyclinic in Marneuli city of Georgia, APA local bureau reports.

The wild animal bit two workers of the polyclinic. Chief doctor Gela Jgarkava told APA that they informed police about the incident immediately. “Police officers came and shot the jackal. Injured workers received medical aid. We identified rabies in the jackal during the examination. The injured persons were vaccinated and received necessary treatment. They are under the control of doctors”.
