APA - BSEC Foreign Ministers to gather in Baku next month

Baku. Victoria Dementyeva – APA. The twenty-first meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) will be held in Baku on 22 October 2009, the organization’s press service told APA. It will be preceded by the Meeting of the Committee of Senior Officials to be held on 20-21 October 2009.

BSEC is uniting 12 countries of the Black Sea and South Balkans. The organization was established in 1999 on the basis of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation agreement. Azerbaijan is presiding over the organization now. It will end its presidency on October 31.
