APA - BSEC Foreign Ministers meet in New York

Baku. Lachin Sultanova - APA. The meeting of the Foreign Ministers Council of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) was held in New York on September 25. Press service of Azerbaijan’s Foreign Ministry told APA that the event was initiated by Azerbaijan. Delivering a key-note speech at the meeting, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov spoke about Azerbaijan’s position regarding the goals and priorities of the organization.

On the same day, Elmar Mammadyarov signed the “Facultative Protocol for the International Pact on economic, social and cultural rights”.
