Novruz Mammadov: “It is not correct to relate Russia-Azerbaijan gas deal with political issues”

Baku. Ramil Mammadli – APA. “It is not correct to relate the Russia-Azerbaijan gas deal cooperation with the political issues”, Chief of the International Relations Department of the Presidential Administration Novruz Mammadov told journalists, APA reports.

He said the economic cooperation was a part of intergovernmental relations. Regarding the meeting of Azerbaijani and Armenian foreign ministers in Paris, Mammadov said Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov made comments on this meeting. “Azerbaijani foreign minister made comments on this issue. The talks were useful and it will be shown in the negotiation process”. Novruz Mammadov said he had no information about recalling of Iranian ambassador in Azerbaijan. “Azerbaijan pursues its political course and it doesn’t damage any country. We don’t interfere in the political courses of other countries. It is natural and these issues should be protected in the international relations”.
